Enhanced Games is set to make a significant move by going public on the Nasdaq stock exchange and launching a direct-to-consumer business that focuses on performance products. The company’s goal is to make performance enhancement tools and protocols more accessible to the public.
The announcement, made on Wednesday, precedes the upcoming swimming, track, and weightlifting competition to be held in Las Vegas in six months. Notable athletes like Olympic sprinter Fred Kerley and swimmer Ben Proud are among those who have committed to competing for the $250,000 top prizes.
Unlike Olympic athletes, the competitors will not undergo traditional drug testing. However, they will be required to adhere to medical profiling to ensure their health ahead of the event, according to a statement from Enhanced.
Enhanced anticipates raising $200 million through its public offering. Prior to the announcement, the company had already secured a $40 million equity deal, with this stake potentially converting into public shares upon commencement of trading.
A key aspect of Enhanced Games’ financial strategy, not previously disclosed during its 2023 launch, is the plan to introduce consumer health products. The company aims to debut its product lineup in early 2026, with the current option to “reserve access” to testosterone replacement medications on their website.
Maximilian Martin, CEO of Enhanced, expressed the company’s vision of merging scientific advancements with elite athletic performance to create a groundbreaking sports platform that not only transforms athletes’ lives but also demonstrates that performance enhancements, under proper clinical supervision, can offer long-term health and wellness benefits.
Recently, Martin was appointed as CEO, leading a restructuring of the company’s executive team. Founder Aron D’Souza will step back from day-to-day operations but will remain a shareholder. Sid Banthiya, formerly of Milk Bar bakery, has taken on the role of Chief Finance Officer, while Rick Adams, previously with the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Committee, now serves as Chief Sporting Officer at Enhanced.
